This is not the time to get bogged down in events and circumstances that are out of your control. It is a time to keep you hearts and minds open and focus on what is at hand. The old phrase chop wood/carry water is perfect for the period we are living through. These times have been challenging, but remember, we are letting go of what no longer serves us and, in the process, it feels like we are walking a razors edge. It is very easy to dip into anxiety, anger, depression, feelings of uncertainty. Have you felt the pull of the old ways that lead us down a rabbit hole of negativity and hopelessness? You are not alone…many have.
Better times are coming, but during tumultuous periods like these, we need constant reminders that what we see and feel is only temporary. Our mission now is to trust that we are never given more than what we can handle, and keep our attention on our positive, proactive intentions. Focus now on what it is you do want and not get caught up in the spin of negativity that surrounds you.

November 23rd, Ketu will be conjunct Sun in Scorpio. You may feel disconnected…in fact, there will be a sense of uncertainty and loss around the world. This is a short lived transit that will pass, but it is worth noting that many people will feel lost and confused and searching for meaning in their lives. This feeling of vulnerability is temporary and may last until the end of the month. This is not an experience to dismiss. Focus on your spiritual practices and take time for reflection and rest. We are living through changes that are affecting our psyche deeply and the opportunity is there to look within and find what is important to us and what is there to let go of and allow to fall away.
It is time to train your mind to focus on happiness and to see the external reality as no more than an illusion that your mind may interpret as threatening or negative. We will talk more about this over the next period of time, but for now, consider the choices for how to live: fear, disappointment and stress vs being happy and content. The choice is always yours…❤️
