Gratitude
Sanskrit is the soul of many mantras that are used for meditation. In Sanskrit, mantra means a sacred utterance, a numinous sound, or a syllable, word, or group of words believed to have psychological and spiritual power. Sanskrit is the only language where sound and form are one. Uttering a mantra in Sanskrit, either out loud or silently within the mind brings healing on many levels. Mantras will assist you to move deeper into meditation. Use them whenever you wish to relax or reduce any stress you may be feeling.
Gratitude Mantra
Here’s a wonderful mantra to use to enliven the energy of gratitude in your life. It’s vibratory frequency brings you back to center and reminds you that in truth, nothing changes until you do.
Mantra: Ananda Hum: I am bliss
Phonetic: ah-nahn-dah hum}
When I gladden my heart, I awaken the energy of gratitude. This energy uplifts and expands me. By opening my heart, I can feel gratitude deeply. Gratitude shifts the moment by shifting me. Nothing around me changes; I change.
